These Terms of Service govern use of the Corvelle online store.

By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and the policies displayed on our website.

Personalized Product Agreement

Corvelle sells personalized, print-on-demand products.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:

• The personalization information submitted is correct
• The spelling of names or text has been reviewed
• The selected size is correct
• The selected color is correct
• The selected product and variant are correct
• The customer understands that the item is produced specifically for their order

Customers are responsible for reviewing these details before completing checkout.

Personalized Items and Returns

Because personalized products are produced specifically for each customer, they cannot normally be returned because of change of mind, personal preference, incorrect customer selections, or mistakes in information submitted by the customer.

Our Return and Refund Policy contains the complete conditions applicable to personalized products.

Intimate Apparel

Our products include underwear and other intimate apparel.

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been worn, tried on, washed, or used cannot be returned for resale.

This does not eliminate applicable rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately.

Minor differences may occur in:

• Color
• Print positioning
• Print dimensions
• Fabric alignment
• Product appearance

Screens and devices may also display colors differently.

Normal minor production variations are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

Orders and Production

Because products are manufactured on demand, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

Once production begins, customization changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

Customers must have the right to use any names, text, images, designs, or other content they submit for customization.

Customers may not submit content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property rights or otherwise violates applicable law.

Fraud and Order Refusal

We may refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, prohibited content, production limitations, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corvelle is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
