If Corvelle or its fulfillment provider makes a material production error, such as printing a different name, supplying a different color or size, or otherwise producing an item materially inconsistent with the confirmed order, the customer may seek a remedy under our Return and Refund Policy.

Hygiene Restrictions

Because Corvelle sells intimate apparel, health and hygiene restrictions apply to returns.

Used, worn, washed, or tried-on intimate apparel cannot normally be returned for resale.
